Lots of love for our pre-loved stall

In the morning hours of Saturday 8th July, the Cathedral Close began to stir as stall holders pitched their gazebos and tents. An enthusiastic group of House Volunteers erected our annual “Darwin’s Delights” Bric-a-Brac stall in The Close for The Festival Market.

It was a beautiful day and The Close was packed with many other stalls and hundreds of visitors.  As usual, we had a well stocked stall with all sorts of desirables, all ready to be sold as we continue to fundraise for the upkeep of our wonderful Museum, the only one in the world dedicated to longtime Lichfield resident, the amazing Dr Erasmus Darwin.
