Room Hire facilities and rates - 2007

Erasmus Darwin House is a recently restored Georgian Grade I listed building located in the heart of Lichfield. The house provides a unique and stylish venue for business meetings, corporate events and receptions.

Facilities for hire include one or more of the individual rooms described below. For larger functions the whole house can be hired. Lecture room facilities and refreshments can also be provided.

Lunar Room - Seminar Room
Dimensions:	5.28m x 5.75m
This is the most prestigious room, offering the greatest versatility, with impressive feature windows and historic portraits, combined with attractively designed modern furniture. In this room, early meetings of the Lunar Society are thought to have taken place.

Exhibition Room

A typical 18th century classical room, ideal for smaller meetings.

A small intimate room with views of the Herb Garden and Cathedral, ideal for the smaller group.

Room Hire Rates

The whole house is available for hire for special events or larger functions. All available rooms can be used in whatever fashion providing flexibility in a unique environment. The rate for the hire of the whole House is £500 for a half day or evening.

Discounts on room hire rates are currently available for educational and charity groups, multiple bookings, and bookings of more than one room per session.
